We promise to respond to messages within 24hrs.
We promise to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days of receiving the complaint.
We aim to resolve all complaints in as quick a time as practicable.
We promise to keep the customer fully informed throughout the process.
All complaints will be dealt with by Richard Jones (the owner of The Actors Store).
We will keep records of any complaint and of any action taken to resolve it.
In cases where agreement cannot be reached, should you decide to pursue the case
in the small claims court, The Actors Store promises to co-operate fully with the court.

Payments
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any
items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to
be able to satisfy the order.
For credit card payment you will be taken to a Worldpay secure payment page.
We use Worldpay Secure pages for all our credit card transactions.
No credit card details are held on The Actors Store web site.

We except



If you wish to pay for goods by cheque, we will have to wait for the cheque to clear
before we can dispatch the goods.

Delivery
Shipping costs vary according to zones :-
UK 1st class, UK 2nd class, EC Member states,
Europe, North America, Rest of the World.
Select the zone which corresponds with your location and the postage
and packing will be automatically calculated.

We will normally send your order to you within 14 business days.
If the item is out of stock it may take longer, if this is the case we will inform you.
Some dancewear items are made to order and as a result can take up to 21 days.
If you have any concerns regarding your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.
You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Overseas Orders. Customs Information
All customs or import duty that is levied once the package reaches your
country must be borne by you - Customs policies vary from country to country
and we have no control over these charges. Contact your local customs office
for more specific information.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Goods with a delivery address outside of this area are not subject to VAT.

The Actors Store Guarantee
You may cancel your order for any reason before the goods are delivered
and within 7 working days beginning the day after receipt of goods.
Your money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
Please return the goods using the method by which they were sent.
A deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost
of collecting the goods if you have not returned the goods within this period.
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods or having the goods collected.
Damaged or Faulty goods
If any item of your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 10 working days.
We will then arrange for the items to be returned at our expense.
You will then receive a full refund or a replacement, depending on your wishes.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
